Ways to Work Together

Pricing is transparent and offered per session or per gathering. Longer-term support unfolds organically, based on your needs rather than predetermined packages.

Rooted in Care offers grounded support for women navigating seasons of change—individually and in community.

My work centers on collective meaning-making, inner authority, and integration during life transitions such as divorce, chronic illness, identity shifts, relationship changes, and reconnection to self.
Whether in one-on-one sessions, facilitating already formed small groups, or speaking at women’s events, I support women in moments of threshold—helping them feel resourced, oriented, and empowered inside change, rather than overwhelmed by it.

Ways I offer support include:

  • 1:1 Integration Sessions
Individual support for women seeking a grounded space to make meaning of lived experience, reclaim agency, and integrate transformative life events into embodied wisdom and self-directed growth.
  • Small Group Facilitation
Facilitation for existing small groups, organizations, and community spaces seeking support through transition. These gatherings invite shared reflection, lived wisdom, and connection—supporting women in navigating change together within an already-held container.
  • Speaking Engagements & Workshops
Talks and facilitated experiences for women’s events, retreats, and community spaces. These offerings focus on navigating life transitions, reclaiming inner authority, and integrating life-altering experiences so transformation becomes something women can stand inside.

All offerings are rooted in care, consent, and responsiveness—designed to meet women where they are, rather than move them through predetermined outcomes.
